My name is Neil Studd and I am a new parent at the school, with my son in Reception. I have a background in IT, currently working as a professional coach for an organisation which trains apprentices for some of the world's largest technology firms. Although it's a full-time role, I work 100% remotely and I have some flexibility in hours, allowing me to be an on-site presence at school whenever my role requires it.

As an IT skills coach, I've experienced many of the challenges of working in an educational setting, including ensuring that students' wellbeing is foremost, tailoring learning approaches to fit individuals' needs, and working with learners who have a variety of SEND requirements. I am delighted to be able to bring this experience to the governing body at Hadfield Infant School, to help ensure that all of our children can flourish in a safe, welcoming environment.
